OUR PASTORS
Conrad Thompson
Lead Pastor
-
Conrad has served at County Line Church since June 2008, following six years as an Associate and Youth Pastor in Iowa. He holds a Master of Arts in Religion from Faith Baptist Theological Seminary in Ankeny, IA. Conrad met his wife, Stephanie, at Clearwater Christian College, and they have been married since August 1991. The Lord has blessed them with four children—Caleb, Olivia, Claire, and Calvin—and four grandchildren who help keep life exciting. In his free time, Conrad enjoys camping, watching his kids' and grandkids’ sporting events, traveling, and going on mission trips. He is passionate about preaching God’s Word and helping others grow deeper in their walk with Christ.
Jason Kissel
Youth Pastor
-
Jason has served as Youth Pastor since 2016. An ordained pastor with degrees in forestry and ministry, he brings together faith, nature, and adventure in all he does. He discovered a cave—now named Kissel Cave—has skydived 19 times, and bicycled across the U.S. twice. Jason has lived in Nebraska, Utah, Idaho, and North Carolina, and has been a church pianist since the age of 12. He is also the author of How Trees Deal with Loss, a thoughtful exploration of grief through the lens of nature. Jason is married with two college-aged children and loves mentoring the next generation.
Jason Morris
Associate Pastor
-
With a heart for ministry that spans from children and youth to addiction recovery, Jason brings a diverse range of experience to his role. Most recently, he served as the Lead Pastor for a congregation near Akron, Indiana. Jason’s greatest passion is building authentic relationships, creating a foundation where he can help others grow in their walk with Christ while he continues to deepen his own. Jason and his wife were married in 2013 after meeting in Kentucky. Today, they are the proud parents of three children: Gideon, Lincoln, and Oaklynn. When he isn’t cheering his kids on at their various activities or watching sports, you’ll likely find Jason outdoors. He loves family camping trips in their pop-up camper, but also treasures the quiet challenge of solo backpacking trips in the wilderness.
